Have questions? You’re in the right place. At Atlanta Range Hoods, we know that ordering a custom range hood is a big decision, and we’re here to make it easy. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, our team is just a message away!

All our hoods are made to order, but we keep a small inventory in stock. For orders that are not custom, our lead time is 2 weeks for unpainted. Once the hood is made, we use our local carrier to ship it. For any custom orders, increasing or decreasing size, the lead time may be up to 4 weeks for unpainted. For Painted hoods please add 2 more weeks.

If you have a vent purchased elsewhere, please notify us prior to placing the order. We will need those exact measurements to start making a custom wood hood. For custom wood hood, please contact us for a quote.

If you don’t have a vent, we supply Tradewinds with long lasting and easy to clean vents. Our hoods are made for their exact specifications.

Our hoods are crafted from American-made, cabinet-grade plywood with a maple or white oak veneer. Some designs feature a solid white oak apron, while others include a solid maple wood apron for added durability and style.

Our regular paint fee is $400, or we can custom match your paint for a fee of $600. You will need to provide us a Sherwin Williams code or a physical sample of the color sent to our facility. If the order is placed for a regular paint, we will mail you a color simple for approval.

We recommend 30”-36” between your cook top and the bottom of the hood. Typically, if you have 8’ ceilings we would recommend a 30” tall hood. With 9’ ceilings we recommend a 36” tall hood, and a 10’ ceilings we recommend a 48” tall hood.

When a replacement is necessary, the new hood is made ASAP.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE:

Since every wood range hood is custom-made, we are not responsible for missed schedules from your contractors. We strongly recommend you wait on your hood to arrive and inspect and then arrange the time with your contractor, either Cabinet installer or General contractor.
